Order confirmation. As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. That means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your card. We then check with our supplier that the item is in stock and available to ship. If it is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and e-mail you. If it is available to ship within 5 business days we process the charge and submit the order.

Order shipment. In-stock orders ship within five business days. We send tracking within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you used at checkout. If you have not received tracking within six business days, e-mail orders@GarageToolsStorage.com.

Delivery times. We ship from multiple warehouses using different freight carriers depending on where you are. Orders containing products from different manufacturers may arrive in separate deliveries. For freight orders the delivery agent will contact you to set up an appointment. Orders usually ship within 2 to 7 business days of the order date.

30 day return policy. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and new condition with all hardware, instructions, warranty and registration information, and packaging material.

E-mail info@GarageToolsStorage.com to request a Return Authorization number. Once approved we will send you shipping instructions and the return address. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization number.

Refunds are applied to the original credit card within 14 days of our receiving the return, and equal the purchase price less our actual shipping cost to the original delivery location and a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer and must be insured. Please use a carrier that provides tracking and proper packaging, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All returns are inspected. Refunds are not issued if parts or packaging are missing, or if the product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns will be sent back freight collect.

Refused deliveries that are not covered by our damaged goods policy are refunded at the purchase price less actual shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.

Inspect everything on arrival and refuse delivery on anything with visible damage. Let us know if you refuse a delivery so we can expect the return. If the packaging looks even slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for it.

All damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery - that is the window our freight carriers give us to file a claim. E-mail info@GarageToolsStorage.com with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for the carrier to collect the damaged goods and send a replacement. Our remedy is replacement parts or a new unit of the same model at no charge. If you would rather not take a replacement, the item can be returned under the 30 day return policy above.
